Southern Alabama Area Health Education (SAAHEC) was established in 2014 and opened its doors in January 2015 in Brewton, Alabama on Coastal Alabama CC, Brewton Campus. In December 2020, our main office was relocated to Georgiana, AL in Butler County with a satellite office in Mobile, AL on the University of South Alabama Campus.  In 2022, SAAHEC underwent a programmatic restructuring in order to better position the center to meet the emerging needs of our communities.
