High School Programs

Promote health career student recruitment and education programs to expand the healthcare workforce in rural and underserved communities.

Offer creative, hands-on and innovative health career curriculums and activities for pre-college level students.

Provide rural and underserved students with college preparation programs and soft skills to obtain entrance to health profession programs and entry-level healthcare employment

Health Profession/Residents Programs

Improve health professions students' practice readiness and interprofessional skills through participation in a two-year Scholar program.

Facilitate clinical placements based on their linkages to academic centers, local healthcare resources and community partner organizations.

Connect students to community populations to facilitate future engagement and continue providing more sustainable healthcare in rural and underserved areas following their training.
